Description: 1986 Scanlens "Australian Motor Racing" Wax Wrapper - Formula 1 Trading Cards One of several lots of Vintage Memorabilia I will be offering at auction or for sale this week. 1986 Scanlens Set - "Australian Motor Racing Cards" Rarer wax wrapper from this Auto Racing set issued in Australia. One of the few (or only) Auto Racing sets issued in a wax wrapper with a stick of bubble gum, similar to all the great Topps sets of the time period. Included prominent Race card drivers in various race classes, who featured in Australian competitions of the era. Included several Formula 1 drivers of the period such and Ayrton Senna, Alain Prost, Niki Lauda, Nigel Mansell, Eddie Cheevers, Keke Rosberg and others. Great piece for the wrapper collector, or companion piece for a set or Formula 1 collector. Size - About 6 3/8" x 5 3/8" inches when flattened Condition - About VG/EX to EX condition with usual fold-marks as issued.
