Description: I am selling a Lot of two 1988 Cal Ripken Sr. Topps Baseball cards # 444. I sent them off to be graded and authentic and they came back the exact same grade on both the card and autograph. Both cards are signed in Blue Sharpie marker. Cal Sr. was a member of the Baltimore Orioles organization for over 40 years. He coached the minor leagues at every level and in the early 1980's Cal was the 3rd base coach for the Orioles. He was a hard nose no- none sense coach but was widely respected in Baseball. He is the father of Cal and Billy Ripken. The Ripken family was all together for two seasons in Baltimore in 1987 and 1988. Cal Sr. was the manager and Cal and Billy played short stop and second base. They were featured on the cover of Sports Illustrated magazine. These cards are stunning signed by the Orioles Legend. His Legecy endures with The Cal Ripken Sr. Foundation
