1989 VINTAGE UNCANNY X-MEN # 253 MAGNETO SIGNED BY CHRIS CLAREMONT, COA & POA

Description: Marvel Comics, The Uncanny X-Men # 253 from 1988. HAND SIGNED BY WRITER CHRIS CLAREMONT! Comic was hand signed by Chris Claremont at the annual Connecticut Comic-Con 2024. It comes with my POA (Proof Of Authenticity) & COA (Certificate of Authenticity). Chris Claremont charged $15.00 for an autograph in 2019. It comes with both my COA & POA.Look for more premium signed books! Comic is in a F+++/VF or better condition. About 5 small spine creases. Displays beautifully! Larger scans available upon request. To eliminate some concerns as to the authenticity of an autographed item, I include in most cases, what I call a POA (Proof Of Authenticity), which usually is a copy of the flyer addressed to me, or my proof of admission to the convention and the page listing the artist as a scheduled guest. While I provide certificates for some items, my experience at early conventions is that, the table selling certificates is far removed from most of the artists. As a result, the signing isn't witnessed by the seller of the certificate, so how can this be guaranteed authentic? Another source of certificates are those printed up by the seller who guarantees authenticity!!! Just a thought not to get hung up on certificates. I have been selling signed items on ebay since December 4, 1998. I haven't had any problems with authenticity in all that time! I personally guarantee that the signature is authentic, and was signed by the creator, witnessed by me. If you prefer a certificate I also provide those upon request.
