This is a new set, it was back stock that was originally meant for display purposes that is why it is in ultra pro plastics. Also included is a Skybox loose leaf. It is a great set with great players. It kept its color and sharp edges. I am not a grader, although I have been around cards for over 35 years. Anything I say is just my personal opinion and not a certified grade.
