Here's an early look at Texasville, the sequel to 1971's the Last Picture Show. The film was shot in Archer recently, reuniting most members of the original cast. Above are Cybill Shepherd and Jeff Bridges, who play former high school sweethearts Jacy Farrow and Duane Jackson. Texasville is from Columbia Pictures and is due in theaters by late summer or early fall. Like the first film, it's based on a novel by Larry McMurtry and focuses on people from a small Texas town, this time later in life. Peter Bogdanovich again directed.Photo measures 10 x 8inches.
