A symbolic representation of the first ever meeting of Arahant Mahinda with King Devanampivatissa at the Missaka Pabbata (Mihintale Rock) near Anuradhapura. The Dhamma Chakka (The wheel of Dhamma) symbolically represent Arahant Mahinda as well and Buddha Dhamma.
