Description: Krome Productions Evil Ernie II Glow In The Dark Chromium card set from 1995. HAND SIGNED BY ARTIST JIM BALENT! 3 cards # 58, 59, and 60. Cards are all colorful original mini masterpieces, created for the set by artist, Jim Balent. Card was hand signed by the artist Jim Balent, at the Annual Garden State Comic Fest, 2019. It comes with a COA (Certificate Of Authenticity). 3 autographs for 1 bid! Beautiful metallic chromium cards! 3 cards put together to form a larger pic called a tryptic or triple, and all 3 cards are signed! All cards are Nm/Mint unless noted. To eliminate some concerns as to the authenticity of an autographed item, I include in most cases, what I call a POA (Proof Of Authenticity), which usually is a copy of the flyer addressed to me, or my proof of admission to the convention and the page listing the artist as a scheduled guest. While I provide certificates for some items, my experience at early conventions is that, the table selling certificates is far removed from most of the artists. As a result, the signing isn't witnessed by the seller of the certificate, so how can this be guaranteed authentic? Another source of certificates are those printed up by the seller who guarantees authenticity!!! Just a thought not to get hung up on certificates. I have been selling signed items on ebay since December 4, 1998. I haven't had any problems with authenticity in all that time!
