Description: This is an impressive dream house. It’s BIG. It measures 30” tall, 27” long and 25” wide (when opened). A few things to note: *The elevator works fine moving down but does not go up on its’ own. The motor is quite loud. *The battery compartment’s lid has a crack in it. See pictures. *The house has a yellowing in areas, especially on the white plastic. I am unsure if this can be removed. The box is in excellent condition. Instructions included. This house has built-ins, including a vanity that folds down into a bathtub, armoire, elevator, bookcase, and kitchen with counterspace. Also includes a removable couch, bed, bedspread, and cone top. Please note dolls are not included. The house will be shipped with a layer of bubble wrap around it and then enclosed in another layer of cardboard. Local pickup is highly encouraged! :) No
