One attaching tab is partially broke ( see Picture 5.) Includes all bulbs--all work, including the low and high beams ( see Pictures 6 & 7.) Inside, bottom of housing has some water marks ( see Picture 1.) This is not a show quality headlamp assembly but is a good daily driver! Many other MARK VIII parts for sale!
