In Quazon City in the Philippines.She was given to 200 people who attended a special event convention held May 2-4 1997 in Kansas. It was called Dan's Dinner Auction. Only people who attended this event got one of these dolls. It has a gold event sticker on the front .... this doll is MINT in box never having been removed...box is in good condition with wear..picture is of actual doll..check my other items i will combine shipping...
