It looks like there is a little make-up or tan crud in the hatched grooves on the back of the leg underneath the cape, as shown. Cape is flexible. Other than normal/typical signs of play use (such as gold paint rubbed off the tips on pointy things, etc.) and some dirty spots, it looks like a good working figure. Smoke-free.
