This set is part of an estate lot I acquired from a Victorian home located in a Rocky Mountain National Historic Landmark District. The house was built in the 1800s and was recently purchased by someone from the family living there who was also an antique dealer. I have made no attempts at restoration. Some of the items are in better condition than others. This lot includes clothing from the 1800s through the Edwardian period. Items are sold as is. Please refer to the photographs and descriptions, and ask any condition questions you have before you purchase.
