(We have additional pieces for sale in our eBay store) We don't find too much information on this design firm however we have found a sales record from Christie's Auction house in New York City of a grouping of interior designs from the same firm. We know they operated in London and had an address at 27 St. James Street. This sale includes a wonderful graphite and watercolor on paper architectural rending of a highly ornate design for a grand doorway. There is an ink inscription on this piece which says BANTING & SONS NO. 700 We have included a close-up detailed pictures for your consideration This wonderful pencil interior design piece is matted and set in a gallery matting.
