These glossy tiles are about 4-1/4 inches by 4-1/4 inches...and about 5/16-inch thickness. Using my digital caliper this tiles measures .33 of an inch thick and 4.28 inches wide. These tiles have self-spacing lugs; little bumps that separate the tiles for grouting.
