Package states that a Med/Large fits a HEAD SIZE (CIRCUM) of 23 5/8" - 24 7/8" and a HAT SIZE of 7 1/2 - 7 7/8. Ultra Light Weight - Box States Helmet Weight is 12 oz Fully Adjustable Straps with Quick Release Buckle. Approx. 11.5" long x 6" wide x 9" tall (packaging) No problems seen.
