All items are in Excellent to Good condition in regard to the card and plastic. The cars themselves are mint from the factory as they are unopened. There are no tears in the card nor the plastic, occasionally there may be some cards with soft-ish corners from shelf-time, but overall, the packaging for the items is in great condition.
