Description: 2 Custom 1:48 Scale Model Buildings -Lumber Yard + Fruit Co-Op- These are custom model buildings they do not exist yet so the drawings and written information make up the details of both buildings which are identical designs but the depth varies- there will be adjustments to this listing based on communication between myself and the buyer. Some notable changes ,the 4 front garage doors will be changed to 2 1/2" w x 3 1/2" high instead of 3" high and the rear train doors will be changed in size as well. Door style is as per photo, not the drawing. The Lumber Yard will be 35" x 22" x about 7" high at the highest point. Colors will be red outside walls, white inside walls, white outside trim and doors, black roof and light gray floor. The Fruit Co-Op will be the same design but the overall size will be 35" x 18 1/2", adjustments to the side walls depth and windows, white interior and exterior walls, red trim and doors, black roof and gray floor. The listing includes the 2 model buildings as well as Woodland Scenics brand LED lighting fitted into the model buildings. The customer and I will work out any exact details needed to complete the models, such as size adjustments and his choice of colors.
