These cylinders meet all required Department of Transportation specifications and are DOT approved. All cylinders ship empty. Due to differences between manufacturers, cylinder height may vary by as much as +/- several inches and may have a flat bottom and wide neck for screw-on dome, or a four-point stable bottom (similar to a pop/soda bottle).
