Description: 2 Vintage Faultless Caster Wheels Swivel and Locking Heavy duty 4.5" The measurements I came up with are: Wheel itself APPROXIMATELY 4.5 inch diameter ( this one was hard to measure perfectly since wheel is inside all the other metal) x 1.5 " wide. Base plates 2.75 x 4 inch Total height 6 inches They swivel and roll as they should but please note there is wear to wheels and they are dirty, I have made no attempt to clean them. I'm not certain about the functionality of the locking mechanisms, they are stiffer than what I can push with my finger but being an older woman, that's probably not saying much.
