Description: 2 VINTAGE Homer Laughlin/Taylor Smith Pastoral Bread & Butter Plates-6 1/2 in. The plates are very similar (one slightly lighter green). Both have the wheat sheaf symbol on the back; one lists Homer Laughlin, the other (as noted), Taylor Smith.Unsure why that is??? Scene on front is the same - farmer with horses and barn/trees in background. These are very old. I am guessing from the 1950's? See photos please. There are a couple of rust marks on the back (so not normally visible). One plate has a chip/bubbling on edge of backside mostly - it shows just a bit from front! I am new to eBay and trying to be as clear as possible! Please contact me w/ questions, or more photos. NOTE: I will contribute to shipping costs. These are very pretty, and were in my family for years. I simply need to downsize as the years have passed, thus am listing them now.
