Description: Here are two vintage Salviati Venetian Murano hand painted art glass vanity jewelry trinket dishes. The one on the left side of my photo is footed (clear foot) and has a hand painted image of a gentleman. It is lighter in color around the top edge and becomes a darker purple (with pink hue) in the center. It measures about 1 1/2 inch high, about 3 1/8 inch across the top and about 1 1/2 across the base. The other dish is a deeper amethyst color throughout with the hand painted image of a lady with flowers. It measures about 1 1/4 inch high, about 4 inches across the top and about 1 1/2 inch across the base. On the dish that has the image of the lady there is a tiny mark on her skirt (see photo 8) otherwise these lovely dishes are in good condition with no chips or cracks ready to display.
