Description: Up for sale is this pair of vintage 1984 Mr. Peanut glass jars with lids in excellent used condition. No chips or cracks. Not much wear. Glass is clear and clean. Lids have white plastic caps that help seal jars (see pics). Jars have the decorative diamond pattern with matching design on lid. Tops of lid have a Mr Peanut figure on them. The bottoms have a Mr Peanut figure, Brockway Glass Co. logo ("B" in a circle) and, 1984 date. Both jars look the same. Great for bulk spices, coffee, tea, candy, nuts, dog treats, etc... Vintage Mr Peanut jars measure 3.5" diam. X 8"H. Each jar weighs about 1.25 lbs. Pair weighs about 2.5 lbs. I sell in USA in only. Shipping is Ground Advantage via USPS.
