Description: These two preowned wood framed miniatures one is a Leonardo da Vinci and the other is Testa di Donna by Fra Bartolommeo. I am not sure if these are lithos or prints as they have been framed since the day they were purchased in the 1970s. Both of these are in a wood frame and were purchased by Breuner’s furniture in the 1970s and cost $19.95 each, they both are marked with the price tag along with made in Italy on the backside. Breuner’s was a high-end furniture store (my father was a salesman there in the 70s) that sold a lot of imports from Europe at the time. These miniatures are a black/brown and white on a tan paper and they measure 3 1/2” x 4 1/2”,frame measures 8 1/2” x 9 1/2” x 1 1/2” I am selling them together since they’ve always been together and I felt they should stay that way. Both have a fancy hanger on the backside and both print/litho are under glass. Friends may have minor scuffing since they are preowned, scuffing just adds to the character of these. One of them has had the backing torn in a tiny little area that I just noticed. Coming from a non-smoker house.
