If you chosen "colours via email" you can mix colours as you wish f.e by order 50 pens ( 10 blue, 20 pink, 20 black ) all should only have the same personalisation. If you would like to have separate names on each pen please contact us we give you new price. How we works: 1. Place the order, quantity, colours, personalisation ( text, font if you have one you like, logo ) all send us via e-mail 2. After that, our designer will prepare some visualisation for you 3. Then we wait for your changes or accept 4. We start engraving 5. We need to have 3-5 working days for engraving and shipping6. Delivery takes 2-14 days depending your country.
