Description: Tried to fix. Bought a foam kit worked for a bit then rattle again just now realized it was the yellow brown cone that needed to be reguled as well. Replaced the voice coil and it does make noise but still rattles. Didn't position it right and rubs on the sub. But still gives bass with distortion. Have a replacement cone and the original damaged voice coil and another replacement damaged voice coil i bought but can be fixed and used still. A lot of the added parts besides the plastic housing are damaged even the dust cap. But the sub it's self is fine just needs proper placement and position and a maybe a better and new voice coil with a new cone and glue. I just gave up on it just wanted all the oem speakers. Im not a expert on this and have shaking hands so if you can fix this is a perfect opportunity for you and shouldn't be to hard if yk how to do it right.
