Up for auction is an issue of The Billboard magazine from February 26, 2000 featuring great vintage music ads and collectible charts inside that would look great framed as a pieces of art!! This issue is in overall good to very good condition. The outer covers show minor wear. There is a piece of paper with the date taped to the spine.
