The part came out of a 2001 Mercedes Benz E430 but may fit several 2000 to 2003 Mercedes Benz E320, 2000 to 2002 Mercedes Benz E430 and 2000 to 2003 Mercedes Benz E55 AMG models equipped with similar shifters (see compatibility table and compare to the unit you are replacing). What you see in the pictures is what you will get. All mounting points are in good condition (see pictures). You will be getting the parts shown in the listing pictures (see pictures).
