Description: This OEM upper center LED third brake light came from a 2004 Cadillac Escalade EXT (pickup truck). This will not fit the Escalade SUV or Chevy Avalanche. The lamp lens has no cracks or chips. The lamp is tested as shown in the first few photos with no LEDs out. The previous owner did tint the lens with a spray tint so it looks smoked. One rear screw mount has a crack so it will be epoxied to ensure no future issues. There are some minor scratches in the lens but no cracks or chips. OEM part # 15098920. Please refer to the closeup photos to verify condition and match to the application you need. I do not use stock photos so what you see is exactly what you will receive.
