The PNC cover is a limited edition, the issue quantity is unknown. The cover features a 2003 UK stamp issue celebrating the 21st birthday of Price William of Wakes and a special Bailiwick of Guernsey CI Channel Islands £5 coin. The coin is covered in plastic and then housed in the cover, the coin can not be removed without causing damage to the cover. The coin is unchecked for errors, varieties, mint marks etc, more details can be found on Numista.Please remember to check out the "Item Specifics" for possible further information. CONDITION I will leave you to decide; please look at the photos carefully. I think the general condition is good collectable for the age. As you can see in the photos, there are light handling, corner / edges knocks, & storage marks etc. The coin plastic has some dust on it, any tone marks can be seen on the coin if present.
