Description: For sale is a Trek Madone 4.7, a really smooth and sweet riding bike that doesn't need anything other than a rider. This is a 2009 frame which I purchased, then I built it from the frame outward the next winter. It has a dark Ultegra compact crankset, Ultegra bottom bracket and derailleurs, 11/34 cassette for great road speed and also hill climbing, Dura Ace wheels, replaced the shifters with relatively newer 105s, extremely smooth; the handlebars have a more compact drop and longer reach to be able to get in drop position more easily. I've always had at least 4-5 bikes so each one doesn't get ridden a lot, but I did always take this one on the century rides as it is so comfortable combined with lively frame action when accelerating and climbing, and the saddle is perfect for any ride.
