The carrier will also assume no liability because of this as well.+MICRO SCRATCHES-Because parts are put on a cutter some parts may have micro scratches as a result of that. But the scratches are on the underside of the parts which will be exposed to debris from the streets or highways anyway. The surface that people see does not have any scratches whatsoever.
