FAQ: How do we get so many signed posters from Comic Con? ~ Two ways, we have paid for people to stand in lines and we also have purchased posters on site at Comic Con. What's the condition of my poster once you get them back to your office? ~ Your poster is in a Smoke Free environment and has NOT been rolled up. Every one of our posters are still flat and well managed. Please keep in mind, we do roll up your poster when shipping.~ Starting in year (2019), we are offering a $22 shipping where we do not roll up the poster, instead we ship the poster laying flat in a very secured shipping reinforced protective sleeve / cover. >> Please note, you will need to contact us and make arrangement for the extra shipping. VERY IMPORTANT: WILL I GET THE SAME EXACT POSTER FROM THE PICTURE SHOWN IN THE AUCTION ? ~ I want everyone to see this question. This year especially, I have multiple posters of the same TV Series. So obviously, I am not going to take a picture of each poster signed. If you should have a concern, I will be more than happy to take a picture of your poster in which I am sending. If you should decide you do not want the poster, we will cancel the purchase and I will repost the poster for auction. No hard feelings. What condition can I expect my poster to be in when I receive it? ~ Well, your poster will have a few very small creases in them, simply because once a celebrity signs your poster, they will then pass it down the line, so it’s bound to get a few small semi unnoticeable creases. However, once it gets in front of us, if there is anything on the poster of concern, we will take a picture and highlight the area of concern in the picture section above. Ultimately, we are here to serve you. Trust us, we have no desire to deal with issues after the poster has already been sent. How well we you pack your poster? ~ We learned immediately and unfortunately the hard way that we have no control when USPS gets your package. So. we now double package your shipping tube and then we reinforce it with strategic shipping tape. We are literally 116 for 118 now with shipping posters. Check out the SAMPLE Tube in which we show in the picture section. What's my return policy? ~ You have 14 days from receiving your poster to ask for a full refund. We do not ask questions. If you want a refund within 14 days, you get a refund. Once we get your shipping back to us in the same exact condition, we will then issue you a full refund, plus half the shipping cost. (( 1/2 Shipping Max: $5 )) Why don't you take pictures of the actors signing the poster? ~ Well we could, but if you think of it ... how do you know that's your poster that's getting signed? Or, how do you know we didn't take the picture from the net? Again, if you don't believe the authenticity of your purchased poster, please feel free to call us or send back your poster for a full refund. We are here to build your trust, nothing else. How quickly can I expect to receive my poster? ~ Quite often immediately. I often ship out the same day I receive payment, however from time to time, I am out of town. I will then contact you and give you specific information of when you will get your poster. I have even refunded money back if it took me more than (3) days to ship.
