Any scratches or dots you see are on the plastic one touch case or sleeve and not the card itself. I consider all cards NM-M freshly pulled from a pack. I can provide pictures as requested if needed. To ensure the card reaches you in in best possible condition, it will be shipped inside a one touch, top loader, or semi ridged plastic holder (any item showed in just a penny sleeve will be shipped in a semi ridged).
