The Stamps/Sheets/Booklets are wrapped in wax paper, fastened to stiffened backing to protect edges, fastened within a manila folder, and inserted into envelope. The new issues have been purchased through the USPS's Stamp Fulfillment Center and/or the local Post Office branches. My Imperforate issues for sale have all been purchased in Press Sheets through the Stamp Fulfillment Center.
