With this rack panel you can mount any radio or equipment that you have (or can get) a Havis plate for... plus you can change from one type radio to another in minutes. We can also supply an optional blank cover plate if you don't need the second opening now but might later on. YES! One panel can fit both sizes of Havis plates! YES! The panel is symmetrical, if you order one with one 2 inch and one 3 inch cutout you can rotate the panel 180 degrees if needed.
