Description: 3 Pc. VTG Thimble Lot 1-Simons Bros. Sterling Size 11, 1- Silver 8, & 1-Unmarked There are three pretty, ornate thimbles in this lot. Two are marked sterling and the third is not marked, so I am not sure if it is sterling, but since it came from an elderly lady's estate with the other two, I wanted to include it. All have some tarnishing. I am not familiar with this area of collecting so please use pics for best description and condition. 1-This s a fine antique Sterling Silver Thimble with an ornately decorated & paneled by Simon Bros. It is a size 11. This thimble has a monogram "I.A. K. '13" on one of the panels. The date would be 1913 and I believe they all are from that time period. Another panel reads "Sterling 11".It is marked on the inside with the Simon Bros. Shield maker's mark. I see no major issues with it. 2- This thimble reads "L 8" on the outside and "Sterling" on the inside. No major issues. 3- This thimble is unmarked, so I do not know if it is sterling (it does look like sterling).The inside reads "G 7". No major issues with it.
