First sent to New York City where a "FORWARDED THROUGH GILPIN'S EXCHANG READING ROOM AND FOREIGH NETTER OFFICE N-YORK" was applied in blood red on the reverse. Upon arrival in Cuba, a "E NA" in a black circle was struck on the obverse, making this very colorful. Extremely newsy and detailed content. Wonderful transmission of the mails--Mass to NYC to Cuba.
