Description: 3~COOL HISTORIC 160+ Yr. Old ANTIQUE CIVIL WAR ERA “ONE/OUR COUNTRY” TOKENS~VGC A GREAT GIFT IDEA. This auction is for the following THREE (3) items: 1) A 1863 Patriotic Civil War Token. One side of it says The Flag Of Our Union with the Flag Surrounded By Stars. The other side of this exceptional token reads: If Anybody Attempts To Tear It Down Shoot Him On The Spot DIX. This is a very nice, highly detailed token particularly considering how of it is. 2) Undated Patriotic Civil War Token With Drum, Flags and Cannons on one side and the words OUR COUNTRY on the other side. This also is a very nice, highly detailed token particularly considering how of it is. NOTE: From researching these items, prior to preparing this listing, it appears that these are TWO OF THE MOST POPULAR VERSIONS OF THESE TOKENS from that era. Apparently, they are two of the more highly sought after, hard to find and more valuable of these type of tokens. They are both Truly Cool and Fascinating. 3) The last of the three tokens is a 160+YEARS OLD ANTIQUE 1863 Civil War Token with the words ONE COUNTRY on it. This token comes sealed in a cardboard and plastic type coin holder as shown in the photographs with this listing. This third token is not in the same nice condition as the other two in this sale and may not be as highly sought after as the others. This historic and interesting third token admittedly shows some significant darkening in color and extensive signs of wear and tear consistent with its age and use. In my opinion, considering the age of these items, they are really in remarkably good condition.
