Pick guard is not included but can be purchased separately through one of my S-Style pick guard listings.I put a 100% nitrocellulose lacquer finish on it, which allows the wood to resonate much easier with the thin lacquer finish! I went with a "Closet Clean" finish. Very little to no nicks/dings and does NOT have intentional lacquer checking. This is the perfect finish if you are a player who is looking to add their own natural aging with natural play wear! Please don't hesitate to ask any questions.
