Description: Vintage 4” Jointer that was made by AMT and sold in Sears outlets. This is a small light duty unit with a 3 blade cutter (4” long blades) that was at an estate. The blades look pretty good, not sure if they are as sharp as new one but theres no divots in them and they feel descent. I will try to picture the blade edge showing the condition. This is a light duty jointer made for soft woods(model wood) with the whole unit weighing just under 16 Lbs and measuring approximately 23”. Main body is cast with fence being aluminum. The unit is intact with all components moving effectively and properly. The fence slides along rail and you can adjust fence angle all with one hand wheel nut. Cutter assembly spins freely and bearings are good. Unit was not used much and just needs some TLC for smooth operation.
