These coil forms have not been available for several decades, but a limited number have been manufactured. These are made of low-loss plastic, with axial ribs which hold the windings off of the body for highest Q. The base of the unit is removable for easier access of the wires through the pins, and may be glued in place for a permanent attachment. 2.96" long body1.68" diameter The coil form will plug into a standard 4 pin tube socket. This is the type of coil form used in all the early receivers and transmitters.
