Description: Lot of 4 Vintage SQUADRON SIGNAL ‘in action’ Heavily Illustrated Colorful US Aircraft Books numbers 33, 40, 103 & 126 We bought these Squadron Signal publications as part of a very large collection of books, military patches and other militaria from the 1930s to about 1975 from the estate of a deceased USMC Sergeant veteran and model builder from Wyoming. He was an avid reader and collector but died unexpectedly without enjoying most of the books he owned. We don’t know a great deal about these heavily illustrated 11 x 8-¼ inch Squadron-Signal Publications so we have carefully photographed four of them, and our photos will tell any potential buyer much more about them than we can. THIS LOT CONSISTS OF: 1) P-80 Shooting Star T-33/F-94 in Action, aircraft book number 40 2) F-86 Sabre in Action, aircraft book number 33 3) FJ Fury in Action, aircraft book number 103 4) F-86 Sabre in Action, aircraft book number 126 Our photos show the actual out-of-print books offered for sale in this lot, exactly as they are. Most are in very good or excellent condition, many probably in unread condition and none have an unpleasant odor. The ruler in our picture is 18 inches long. We are happy to try to reduce shipping costs either by USPS book rate or Priority Mail for any buyer who purchases more than one lot at a time. Please inquire. Have a look at other lots of Squadron Signal publications and aviation books in our eBay store! CONDITION: very good, probably unread condition, no odor. SHIPPING: this book lot will be shipped in a sturdy mailer and we are happy to combine shipping of multiple lots. We will refund overpayment of postage as soon as a combined order has been shipped. QUESTIONS: if you have any questions about these books, be sure to ask before you click the Buy It Now button, NOT after you have purchased the item. You are responsible for reading the full item description, including shipping costs and accepted payment methods. FOREIGN BUYERS: we ship to most foreign countries at additional cost, however all foreign customers are responsible for any VAT payments, import duties and customs clearing fees. International buyers are required to submit their telephone number along with their shipping address. DELIVERY: we photograph every parcel we ship by USPS or by the public carrier specified by the buyer. We e-mail that photo and any applicable tracking number to the buyer as proof of mailing or shipping. Delivery responsibility is then in the hands of the USPS or of any other public carrier selected by the buyer, and does not involve Rapidapolis in any way. Communications about, and responsibility for the delivery to the buyer must be between the buyer and the public carrier, and can not include Rapidapolis on eBay. RETURNS: because of eBay’s approach to returns nowadays we no longer represent anything as being suitable for use for any specific purpose. We sell everything as a surplus curio or relic “as is-where is”, with no implied or other warranties of any kind given, and which may or may not be useful for its original or intended purpose. What you see is what we have photographed and what we will ship. RAPIDAPOLIS has a long history of selling on eBay since 1999, and of customer satisfaction with the items we sell and with our shipping. We encourage buyers to examine our listings carefully, review our many thousands of feedbacks and buy with confidence.
