Well Packaged No chemical or pesticides used on any of our plants and leaves. We will freshly pick the leaves after your order is received, then ship within a day. We don't pick them until we have the orders. The leaves can be used fresh or dried. Freshly dried leaves have a warm aroma which is infused into cooking.
