For loading and unloading product, the two solid, swinging doors stay open at 90 degrees. If opened to a shorter angle, the doors self-close to prevent them from being accidentally left open.Items stored in this MoTak MSD-2DF-BAL freezer stay between -10 and 0 degrees Fahrenheit, providing optimal holding for ice cream, meats, produce, and other frozen goods. The temperature can be monitored easily via the digital exterior display. The system has a capillary tube evaporator that uses R290 refrigerant to maintain temperatures within the cabinet.
