These type of tokens were issued by the Palatin Hotel, which was established in 1926 on the corner of Ahad Ha'am and Nahalat Binyamin streets in Tel-Aviv, and were used during the 1930s as an internal payment method by the hotel guests. This token measures approximately 1 1/16" across. On one side it has a small flower in the center and says "PALATIN HOTEL". On the other side it says "5P".
