National Air Warehouse will supply parts covered by the manufacturer warranty. All equipment needs to be registered with the manufacturer in order to receive the full limited and conditional warranties. If a system is not registered with the manufacturer, the units will only receive the minimum base warranty offered by the manufacturer. All equipment sold on our site is explicitly designed to be installed by a professional, licensed HVAC contractor. Any and all warranties will be null and void if the installation was not performed by a licensed HVAC contractor. Proof of installation will be required in order for National Air Warehouse to process your parts warranty. Please note that refrigerant is not covered under warranty.
