Description: 50+ SEEDS Snow Pea | Mammoth Melting Sugar | NON-GMO Culinary tips: Edible pod peas can be steamed, stir-fried, added to soups and salads. The young pea shoot tips and leaves have a similar pea flavor and are delicious stir-fried with garlic. This delicious edible pod snow pea is early, high yielding, and productive. Flat pods are uniform, sweet, tender, and mature to about 3-4"x 3/4". The 4-5 feet vines should be trellised. Cultivation: Prefers cool temperatures. Prepare fertile, well-drained soil. Sow seeds in early to late spring after last frost or sow seeds in fall 8-10 weeks before first frost date. Keep soil moist. Heavy watering during flowering can interfere with pollination. Train to climb a vertical support at least 6' tall. Fertilize as needed with a balanced fertilizer. Too much nitrogen will produce lush foliage and result in poor flowering and fruiting. Harvest when pods barely begin to swell. ‼️ Planting instruction is in every seed packet but please take the time to do your own research online about the vegetable you wish to plant in your area. ‼️Tracking number will be provided. 📍PLEASE NOTE: Many factors influence the performance of the seeds such as temperature, light, water, weather, storage and the skill of the grower that are out of my control. End users should educate themselves on how each vegetable variety will perform at their location and formulate a strategy on planting and harvesting times. Happy Planting!
