500 PC LG FORMAT WHITE MT PUZZLE--BEACH HOLIDAY--COMPLETE 2020 RELEASE--READ !

Description: This one came with a few issues. I ordered directly from White Mountain. I ordered the 500 Piece & when it arrived it said 550 pcs. I checked their website and my invoice, both said 500 but box says 550. Contacted customer service, sent pics & several emails. Turns out they stopped making 550 pieces in 2020. Apparently the printer who makes their boxes did not delete the 550 box label & they have been using the wrong one. White Mt did not know this as apparently no one had filed a complaint until I called them about it. They asked me to please open the box & count the pieces as they were quite sure that it was in fact a 500pc puzzle with the wrong box label. Turns out they were right ! So, even tho the box says 550 pieces you will actually receive a 500 pc puzzle that will measure 18x24 when assembled. To add insult to injury to the problem, when I dumped out the pieces to begin making the puzzle there was a broken tab in the box. I did not have the heart to contact them again as they were so diligent in trying to solve the problem of the wrong label so I just repaired the piece and glued it together with another piece on each side. I put the repaired piece in a separate bag and suggest that you do not break the pieces apart. Puzzle is fine otherwise and repaired piece is almost unnoticeable.
