Description: 5-7/8” Tall. During the mid and later 1800s virtually all American glass companies were using manganese in their glass formula. Around 1915 the use of manganese in clear glass was discontinued and selenium (pink UV Fluoresce) became the chemical of choice as a clarifying & stabilizing agent. 3 of the 6 slightly light up with a 395nm light possibly showing a trace uranium presence shown in last photo. 2nd to last photo was taken with a 365nm light. 3 of the 6 also have some residual gold paint.
