Description: I purchased a dolly from Rico-Titan to place my truck camper on and be able to move it around in storage. I found that the front swivel casters would not turn under the weight. Rico-Titan graciously sent me a second set of four, which unfortunately did not work either. They then sent me a third set which did work. I was willing to return the original and the second set but RT said to just keep them. In testing them they rolled across a concrete floor about twenty feet, thus they are in mint condition, except the polyurethane tread shows some scuffing. I did grease bearings to see if there was any improvement. There are two fixed and two swivel with brakes made by Service Caster Corporation. Capacity per caster is 1200#.
